I had a great experience with Don Franklin Hyundai. I was looking for a new 2020 Elantra and considered several dealers across the Southeast. The price they advertised online was legitimate (not always the case with other dealers), and it beat my local dealer in NC by $2000. They were very transparent with pricing, and gave prompt service as well!

Terry was very easy to.work with. No high pressure and answered our questions to the best of his ability. He tried his best to get us a good deal.

We were able to browse vehicles on our own with no pressure before bing approached. Kyle provided helpful information and worked with us based on our preferences. He was also very personable and pleasant. Mike was very enthusiastic about the technology and specs of our Tuscan-he made me feel excited about my purchase. He also offered to go above and beyond with future assistance.

Back in the summer I called for an appointment to look at strange brown dots in my new Accent's paint. I left work and drove all the way from Winchester to make the appointment. When I get there I'm informed that the guy that handles warranty issues isn't here and they don't know when he'll be back. They could've told me that when I made the appointment. My dad bought a new 2016 Sonata from Hyundai of Nicholasville and had such a great experience I had to shop myself. From the time we got there until the time I left with my new Sonata, it was a great experience.
I have one major problem, I purchased my Santa Fe on July 2nd. It’s July 17th and I still haven’t received my handicap tags. This really is a major inconvenience. I did see that Nicholasville Hyundia has been sold. THAT MAKES ME MAD! Their location WAS very convenient.

We had been searching for an SUV, but could not find any models that met our expectations. Once we arrived on the lot, my husband and I simultaneously saw the exact vehicle we were looking for. Our sales person was extremely patient with us and did not put undo pressure on us. It actually took us 2 days to decide. While on the lot, the prices of some of the sedans were much more reasonable than the other we had just bought from another dealer. We wish we would have gone to Hyundai first.
As stated earlier, I was very happy with my experience at Hyundai of Nicholasville. This is mainly due to my interaction with my salesperson Mike Bell. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and also not pushy. I felt comfortable talking to Mike about vehicles because he was not pushy. He acknowledged that purchasing a new car is a big decision and he understood that I didn't want to be rushed into making a final decision.

They went out of their way to insure we was happy not only with vehicle but with financing, service department and overall dealership. We picked the car up on Christmas Eve at 9pm and the general manager was kind enough to meet us so that we could have it for Christmas. They then brought our paperwork to our place almost 3 hours away so we would not have to drive back. Would definitely recommend the dealership for your purchase.

The Salesman, Sales Manager and Service went way beyond expectations to fulfill their commitment to the sales process. I purchased an inexpensive car and they treated me as though I had purchased the most expensive car in the showroom. They had a set price which made buying easy. The price they had set was also much cheaper than I had expected, at first I didn't believe how low the price was since it was so much lower than anything on Kelly Blue Book. The associate I worked with didn't pressure us into anything and was helpful with the whole purchasing and credit approval process.

Mike was great. He asked me a series of questions to determine which vehicle would best suit my needs. He worked with me to get as close to the payment I was shooting for and I didn't feel like he was just trying to make a paycheck. Would recommend definitely reccomend asking for him when you go to by your next vehicle:)
Salesman helpful, finance pushed a little too hard for extended warranty and changed finance term from 66 to 72 months to cover the additional cost.
